What do the lights on my power adapter cord mean?

  • No light – The computer is not getting power. Please check power supply connections and verify the outlet is working.
  • Orange/Red – The unit is getting power and charging.
  • Green – The unit is getting power and fully charged.

My unit won’t turn on:

  1. Unplug any USB accessories (printers, memory sticks, ect.)
  2. Hold down the power button for 20 seconds then release.
    Press it again briefly.
  3. Reset the power adapter by unplugging it from the computer, wall, and itself where the wall cord meets the black box. Let it sit in this state for 1 minute then plug everything back together. If the light turns orange your computer is now getting power and should be able to boot up after 10 minutes of charging.

My pull-out console is not working:

  1. Make sure Patient information is entered and displayed on the screen.
  2. Slide the console back in and then press the buttons to slide it back out.
  3. Unplug the probe and re-plug it back in firmly making sure the slide locking latch moves all the way towards the rear of the connector.
  4. Unplug any USB accessories, the power cable, and the probe and shutdown the computer for 1 minute. After 1 minute plug the power cable and probe back in and boot up the computer.

I’m not getting an image or the image screen isn’t showing up:

  1. Unplug the probe and re-plug it back in firmly making sure the slide locking latch moves all the way towards the rear of the connector.
  2. Make sure Patient information is entered and displayed on the screen.
  3. Unplug any USB accessories, the power cable, and the probe and shutdown the computer for 1 minute. After 1 minute plug the power cable and probe back in and boot up the computer.

Getting “net services are not running” error after verify is pushed during dicom server setup:

  1. Go to desktop of system, open computer icon then double click on DcmNetService located under path c:\Program Files\Teratech\Terason 3300 NexGen.
  2. After you do that go back to verify under dicom server setup and it should say connected if the information that was put in was correct.

Not getting any measurements or annotations saved on images:

  1. Make sure the Burn-in measurement and annotation overlays are checked off on Export tab.
  2. That tab is located under setup in the Terason program.
